Your credit card is not charged until the day the item is shipped.
Will I receive a receipt for my transaction?
Certainly. At the end of your transaction, you are shown an Order Summary screen. Please print this page from your browser as a receipt for your transaction. You will also receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification by email, which you can keep for your records. Please note that these emails cannot be used as a receipt.

What are my shipping options?
There are several ways to receive your wayne-solutions.com order:
In-Store Pickup: Get free shipping by picking up your order at your local store.
Ground Shipping: The economical delivery method.
Express/Air Shipping: The fastest delivery….when you can't wait for your cool stuff.
Special Delivery: For heavy or bulky items that need installation (cannot be picked up in a store or shipped by Air). We'll contact you to schedule delivery.
Please use the Shipping Estimator tool in your Shopping Cart to calculate the costs and delivery times for each shipping option. The finalized charges will appear in step 2 and 4 of the checkout. These costs are calculated based on the product selection and your shipping address.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Actual shipment arrival depends on the availability of the product and the shipping method you select. Delivery is also influenced by order processing time (which includes credit verification and time to pick and pack your order). During busy periods and holidays, delivery may take longer than estimated so please allow extra time for product arrival.

We are unable to ship orders outside of Canada. But we do accept most credit cards issued in Canada and the United States for payment.
Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?
Certainly. Just enter the address where you want your product delivered, in the "Ship to" portion of the Checkout process.
Can I ship to a PO box address?
Yes: to make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway number with your order.

How do I exchange or return a defective product I bought online?
We would be pleased to exchange or refund your online purchase, including Web Only products, in store within 30 days of receiving your order for most product categories. We will gladly exchange Computers, Monitors, Printers, Laptop Computers, Camcorders, Digital Cameras, Portable DVD Players and Air Conditioners within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to return a heavy goods item, please contact our Customer Care Department at 1-800-XXX-XXXX. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.
Your electronic invoice is required as proof of purchase.
Can I purchase online and pick up my order at the Store?
Yes, you can now place an order online at wayne-solutions.com and pick it up at the store. In Store pick up is fast and convenient and you automotically pay the lowest price. For more information about in store pick up, call us.
If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund?
When you return a product, you will receive a refund within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the item. When you return a product that you have purchased using a credit card, the same card you used will be credited with the refund.

Why am I charged an environmental handling fee?

Used to support provincial recycling and disposal programs, environmental handling fees are collected on products made with materials such as metal, glass, and plastic that can be recycled into other products.
